WARRANTY CONDITIONS
All products are under the Botanivo brand warranty unless otherwise stated. In order for the warranty conditions to be valid, the product or products must be checked during cargo delivery. In case of any damage, a report must be kept and the product or products must not be accepted. Any changes made to the product, deformation of the product or deterioration of the original design of the product are not covered by the warranty.
RETURN CONDITIONS
If the product you purchased from Botanivo.com is faulty, you must contact us at info@botanivo.com or (216) 706 12 94 within 14 days from the date of delivery. Following the evaluation process, the faulty product will be delivered to our return address "Kamara Plaza Altıntepe Mah. İstasyon Yolu Sok. No:3/1 Maltepe/İstanbul" by Yurtiçi Kargo company with free shipping and will be replaced with a new one. (The return shipping cost to be made through cargo companies other than Yurtiçi Kargo belongs to the buyer.) If the ordered product error occurs due to customer use or if the product has been used within the 7-day period, the product cannot be returned or exchanged. The conditions for product return and exchange are as follows: Applications required by the Consumer Protection Law No. 4077.
